William Hill Online is a joint venture created in 2025 by William Hill plc and Playtech ltd. These two brands are without doubt two of the most prominent names in online gaming today.
However these two companies were due to face each other in court next week after William Hill secured an injunction against certain Playtech business moves.
It appears however that this court battle will no longer be going ahead as both companies are rumoured to have agreed new terms.
